At Bones Coffee Company, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans but are happy to resolve issues with gear or apparel.
Return Process

Ensure your item is an eligible non-perishable product, such as mugs or apparel, and is within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Send an email to our support crew with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
- 3.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, including all tags and a copy of your packing slip for faster processing.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed once the item is inspected.
